Membership in NABTCA means being a part of a collaborative effort to advance and enhance the union construction and maintenance industry. NABTCA members are committed to the realization that labor and management must work together for their collective future success. In this ultra-competitive environment, contractors must stay on the cutting edge of technology, safety and health, and labor-relations. NABTCA helps them do just that.
NABTCA local employer organizations (LEOs) are comprised of regional, state, or local union employer associations whose mission and purposes are consistent with that of NABTCA’s. This nationwide network lends its voice to the areas of labor relations, safety and health, as well as legislative issues. LEOs have access to the highest level of labor relations and safety services from NABTCA’s staff of experienced industry professionals and are invited to participate in quarterly meetings exclusively for LEO members where they can network and exchange ideas with other like minded organizations.
